The car was ready within 48 hours and Todd spent an hour with me explaining the features of the Forester and making sure I was comfortable. Our Salesperson was friendly and helpful. The car for us is a good choice. We traded in an Outback (one owner) and bought a Tribeca. We wanted something to pull a 21 foot boat. Nice Car. I had a great experience with Steve Lewis Subaru and Gus Erskine. I traveled over an hour to the dealership from another state. I called ahead and had my questions answered accurately, which was greatly ap Erskine. I traveled over an hour to the dealership from another state. I called ahead and had my questions answered accurately, which was greatly appreciated. There were no high pressure sales or sales "pitches" to listen to. Gus showed me the car, showed me the features and we went for a lengthy test drive so that I could drive the car on multiple types of roads (city, highway, twisty windy back roads). I arrived with financing approved from my bank but they offered to check to see what other rates they might be able to get. They beat the bank rate by almost .5% for identical terms. The minor snag that arose came from the insurance company not issuing the cards for the right coverage date. The runner from Steve Lewis had to make the trip out of state twice in order to register the car for me and have it delivered on time. All in all, it was a great experience. I would recommend the dealer even to people who have to drive an hour to get there. More
