Service desk personnel are all friendly and helpful, but my car didn’t enter the service area for a 9 am appointment until 10 am. At that point the needed recall service was promptly completed. MY wife went there to get a remote starter install on the car... well our sales guy is great!!!!! took care of everything, well cant say the same about the service advisor, they install the remote starter, s car... well our sales guy is great!!!!! took care of everything, well cant say the same about the service advisor, they install the remote starter, some one just goes and hands over the key to the car to my wife and thats it, no one show my wife how to use the remote starter or any thing, she try using it that night, she got of work at 12 mid night, the thing dont work, the next morning i try it, dont work, so i went on line, i see a video that you have to press the button 2 time to make it work, so it does work no problem with that, but next time can some one plz show how it works More
Purchased a 2020 used Rav4. Salesman Brian is a pro, any question I had like the tires look a little more worn that I though? I bought the car with out a hassle, one of the keys were missing, they sent me to a Toyota dealer and paid $400 for a new key to be made. I was contacted several times after purchasing the vehicle to make sure I was satisfied. They offered a free oil change, I accepted where I met the service department staff, very polite, quick, great work. The is my first time to this dealership, I didn’t know anyone there, only a person buying a car, I give this place and the salesman Brian Cane 5 star review. I had a lot of trouble getting in touch with the service desk (from Sunday till Wednesday) since the phones weren't being answered and the voicemail was full. I wanted to reserve a loaner vehicle since my c desk (from Sunday till Wednesday) since the phones weren't being answered and the voicemail was full. I wanted to reserve a loaner vehicle since my car was going to be worked on all day and to confirm my Wednesday appointment. I was treated well upon arrival and they went above and beyond trying to get me a loaner car (which I was able to get). I received text updates during the day to let me know the status of my vehicle which I thought were really helpful. The work was done faster than expected and came out great. Gotta fix those phones though! More
