I had a great experience getting a used car at Steve Lewis. I was in a lurch when my previous car died and had to go to the junkyard. The staff is very friendly and personable, however my last experience was not ideal. I had a 9:30 am appointment for an oil change and dealer recall issue. I was told the service would take about an hr last experience was not ideal. I had a 9:30 am appointment for an oil change and dealer recall issue. I was told the service would take about an hr and a half. I decided to wait it out in the waiting room. After 45 minutes of waiting, my car had not moved from where I parked it in their lot. I was ready to walk out, when a tech finally came and got my car; The hour and a half clock then started. I'd expect this from a walk in, but not from a scheduled appointment. More
