My experience started off fine. Steve Lewis has a great inventory of cars, and I easily found a quality vehicle. However, I was led to believe I would get it much sooner (within days) of purchasing. It took 2 weeks to get the car registered and almost a whole additional week to actually get the car. The general manager told me I’d have my registration a certain date upon looking at tracking number of the document and then according to my salesperson it arrived a day later. I was told my car would be delivered Friday. Then I was told they could not find a driver and that they would deliver the car Saturday. Then Sunday rolled around and still no driver. I was without a car going on three weeks and had to scramble to get to work somehow...I eventually found someone to drive me the hour and a half up to Steve Lewis to get the car myself after waiting. Once I got there I saw the scratches that were promised to have been buffed out were not taken care of. Very disappointing service. More
I had asked for my snow tires to be replaced by by my all-weather tires (on rims in the back), but had to remind the staff to do it after the car was "finished."
