Took my car in for heater repair just prior to Halloween. I still do not have it back. I was told previously it was ready about three weeks ago, and when I went to pick up the car and paid, i drove down th I still do not have it back. I was told previously it was ready about three weeks ago, and when I went to pick up the car and paid, i drove down the road only to learn that new issues were present resulting from improper reassembly and missed by service technicians test drives resulting in steering linkage issues and problems with traction control. The car was unsafe to drive and presently remains in service. Calling up to the department to get updates on completion timing fails every time. It doesn't matter if I leave a message and it doesn't matter what I say in the message, I do not get a return call. As I write this review, I still can not say here what day I will get my car back despite multiple outstanding requests for update over the last week. It was promised back to me two weeks ago by Service Director Daniel, but I haven't even heard back from him with updates. The only way I seem to be able to get updates on my car repair is to randomly show up in person and wait for hours until someone at the dealer takes the time to figure it out. I don't know what is wrong with this dealer's service department, but it is seriously broken and it's unlikely that I will return at this point. Hopefully this review reaches someone who will take the lead and get this turned around in favor of completing my car repair and turning around my very unfavorable customer service experience. Keith by far was the best person helping me, but i presume even his hands were tied in resolving this issue. More

The dealership is trying to keep my equity of my truck that I traded in. Trying to charge me a restock fee of a car deal that didn’t go through due to finance mistake on their part which voided the car I that I traded in. Trying to charge me a restock fee of a car deal that didn’t go through due to finance mistake on their part which voided the car I was suppose to buy but once I return the car the dealership wants to keep my equity in my traded car. They are trying to justify why they should keep $8700 of restock fee of a vehicle I had for 10 days and 400 miles. I wanted to return the vehicle when it was at 200 miles but they kept having me come in to try to sign a new contract which will force me into a new car. I’m waiting on my full equity with doc fees only. If not I will be taking the dealership to court. I never signed a document saying if I don’t want the car I will be paying a 20 percent restock fee. In fact I signed a document saying if the deal doesn’t go through they will charge me .50 a mile or/and $5 a day but now things change because I don’t want their car. More

I had a terrible experience at my last appointment. Scheduled for an oil change at 9;30 am and didn't get pout of the shop until 2:30 pm. The employees that received the vehicles did all they could do, however seems like the mechanics was extremely slow getting tasks done. I think it should have taken no more than 2 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation. That's considering other tasks they were performing! Very disappointed former customer!!! More
