The Jury Is Still Out!!! I'm not sure what to think at this point about this dealership. The SUV is MIA after we made an offer to buy it at NADA. The dealership increased the price by 1200 over night. However, It's all good we have a picture of the Vin and price. We'll see what happens. Love the Car and the warranty Two weeks ago they called to set up an appointment for my free oil change and tire rotation. This is part of your deal when you buy a Chevrolet. I went in this morning and even though I was late it was no problem, everyone was totaly pleasent and I was out of there in and hour or so. The lounge and waiting area is really nice and has lots of big screen TV's so waiting is no problem. My sale guy was Rick Cobb, great and my Service Rep. was Tim Whitton, excellent. I really wish I could remember the guy that was my finance rep., he deserves recognition. Ray Whitlow was my advisor on using the car technology, etc, Excellent also I don't know if the Cruze will be a reliable investment in transportation but I like the look, ride, Onstar and service a lot. If this car holds up I will probley be back with Rick again in 5 years. More
Trust Broken The customer care representative gave us false information. We saw their ad in Auto Trader and was immediately drawn to a car because of the price and The customer care representative gave us false information. We saw their ad in Auto Trader and was immediately drawn to a car because of the price and low mileage...the deal was literally a steal taking into consideration the price, year, and mileage. My boyfriend called and spoke with Erica to get additional information on the vehicle and to start correspondence with someone to look at getting the car. He specifically asked if the car was an automatic or manual because the ad in Auto Trader did not specify. He said he asked her several times and she confirmed that it was an automatic. Erica also asked him to have me call her so we could talk since ultimately the car would be in my name. I specifically explained our situation, that we were waiting for some money to hit our bank account and were having to rely on friends to drive us around since our car had been totaled so we wanted to have all of our ducks in a row before we traveled all of the way from Morrow to Smyrna so our friend's time, and ours, was not wasted. Erica expressed empathy and said she completely understood and asked that I keep her in the loop as far as when my money came through. That very evening, I took it upon myself to see if the car was posted on their website and it was. Right there, in black and white and in the photos, it clearly stated the car was a manual. Again, my boyfriend had asked her to confirm several times if the car was an automatic because I have never had the opportunity to learn how to drive a manual. If I had not had the mindset to do my own research and had simply relied on Erica's information about the car, we would have wasted our friend's gas and time driving out there...the one thing I explicitly expressed to her that I did not want to end up doing. It has led us to wonder what other details would be left out in the financing process or other pertinent information. The only good that came out of this experience is it has helped us in our elimination process for which dealer we should finally pick. My advice is anyone who want to take a chance with this dealership....MAKE SURE YOU DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH ON THE CAR BEFORE YOU BELIEVE WHAT THEY TELL YOU! More

Poor customer service with the service guy Brandon Black. I had to pay $226.00 to get extra key and remote made. When I was quoted $150.00. I waited 5 hours to have that done. When I complained about the wait He said he gave me a discount. I still feel ripped off! Plus, He had a I don't care attitude. I need new tires. Sales girl put a dent on the right side of the vehicle. When I called about the dent. I was told to fill with my insurance. The next time I buy a used car I'm going to Car Max. At least they have experience salesman and you do not have to pay to get key or remote made and they don't sell people vehicles needing new tires More

He was our salesman and after searching at many other dealerships, we decided to buy a car from Steve Rayman. First and foremost, Mr. Cole worked hard to get us the right deal. We ended up buying a Camaro which has very little miles on it and in perfect condition. I did not feel that we were pressured into buying a car from him. He made the car buying experience very pleasant. This dealership deserves a 10 out of 10 in every aspect. I will certainly send anyone I know there to by a car and will buy all of my future cars from Steve Cole. More
