My experience here was terrible. I arrived at 7am for an oil change, to have my check engine light diagnosed, and to have my transmission inspected. The oil was changed and the technician was checking to see if they had the part to fix the cause of the check engine light at 9:30am, when my friend arrived to pick me up. I called at 1pm, they were still checking to see if they had the part. At 3:30 my service person called saying it was over $1,700 to fix the cause of the check engine light (a thermostat) but they were still checking to see if they had the part. I was told my transmission had no fluid and to have that fixed, it brought the total to over $3,300. My transmission was serviced about 18 months prior at a different Chevy dealership and it didn't cost anywhere near this much. I found it very hard to believe there was no fluid, without any mention of a leak. They then told me they needed to keep my truck until EOD the following day to complete the fix, because it is a 5-hour job. At this point my truck had been there for 9 hours. I told them I would come get the truck and to not perform any of the services. I waited 9 hours to essentially get an oil change I could have done in 20 mins somewhere near my house. I paid for my oil change and the diagnostic totaling over $300. I was told my truck with in the lot, I had to go and get it. Turns out my truck was in the lot on the other side of the building. This place is terrible, it's the kind of place that gives car dealerships their reputation for being dishonest, overpriced, and rude. But in this case, they seem to have earned that reputation honestly. More
