What a joke! Went in for a test drive, was met with a staff member who didn't know anything about the vehicle that I was attempting to purchase... Finally the sales manager or someone above the sales guy came out with a bit more knowledge. I decided not to get the vehicle due to their faulty sales gimmicks, but what I was super mad about was I did talk with the finance person and not a month later my credit score has dropped an insane amount, they did over 10 HARD pulls on my credit... What type of dealership does this?!? I've purchased numerous vehicles before a only ever had them hard pull once!!!! Now my credit score is all jacked, thanks guys! More
