Repeat Customer I made my initial purchase from Terry Scales 8 months ago and since then have brought my two children to work with him, as well. Terry was such a joy I made my initial purchase from Terry Scales 8 months ago and since then have brought my two children to work with him, as well. Terry was such a joy to work with and he made hisself available to answer questions even after the sale was completed. To this day if I have any questions about my vehicle I call or stop by and every time Terry is up beat and full of life as if I'm there to buy another car lol. I'm glad she did, Sharon is a straight shooter, no fast talking sells pitch, just the facts & she works hard to get you the best deal possible. Lies from the Finance Department I had 2 issues with this dealer. 1st: I wanted to receive the price advertised online. After test driving and sitting down to negotiate I was told I had 2 issues with this dealer. 1st: I wanted to receive the price advertised online. After test driving and sitting down to negotiate I was told to receive the price that was advertised online that I had to be a recent college grad, in the military, and use KIA financing. I felt this was false advertising. There weren't any *'s or notes about those conditions on the website. 2nd: I wanted to avoid financing all together and pay cash for the car but I signed up for KIA financing to receive part of the discount. The salesman told me that I could pay off the car the first month at no penalty but then the finance manager then turned around and said I had to make a minimum of 3 payments (of course so they could earn their interest). I called KIA financing after the fact and they told me the finance manager lied. I could pay it all off immediately. They said that's an unethical technique some dealers use. I'd guess it makes them money off of the financing. The only reason I give this 2 stars instead of 1 is because the sales rep was friendly and accommodating to my needs. Although in the end, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. More

Every single person I interacted with at Cerame Kia was approachable and friendly, and I have done enough research to know that I am satisfied with the purchase terms. I started this purchase online, and generally prefer to communicate via email until I know I am interested-plus it provides a record of what was discussed. Sharon, the salesperson we worked with, answered my emailed questions quickly and straightforwardly. When I came in, I was pleased to find she is very down to earth and not "slick". Not only that, but there were no price surprises-no extra fees for this or that, just the car and the tax. (The internet prices did include some rebates that I didn't qualify for, but I had asked about that ahead of time so was aware.) I appreciated that my questions were answered without the sense that she was annoyed or that I was infringing on her time. There was no pressure, either. The manager and the finance person were also helpful and friendly. I feel terrible that I can't remember their names, but they deserve recognition for a job well done as well. Also, all the other salespeople were approachable when we were first coming in-no wondering where to go or how to get started. The process was not a quick process. There were long periods of time when we were waiting and didn't really understand why it was so long, but we were there on a Saturday morning. Perhaps on a less busy day it would have been more streamlined. And I really liked the unhurried, low pressure, friendly atmosphere, so maybe that's a necessary trade off. I was glad I didn't have kids with me, though. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Sharon or this dealership! More
