I went to the dealership to buy a Rio with as little as possible extra options on it; manual windows and locks were fine by me. Joe had previously worked out a deal with my father on a particular Rio and possible extra options on it; manual windows and locks were fine by me. Joe had previously worked out a deal with my father on a particular Rio and when we met he was very straight-forward on what we would be looking at in terms of price and what was on the car. The price for the Rio we found there was around $700 dollars less than the nearest quote we'd gotten. He was very friendly and he went well above and beyond to make sure that I'd be happy with the deal. When we met Ezell for the financing side, I also found him quite friendly and willing to answer any questions that came up during the course of signing all the accompanying paperwork. Overall I had an excellent experience at the Paul Cerame Kia. More
