Ordered a truck and it was delayed. In the process my salesman was terminated. It made the process not go well. I basically compromised for a truck I didn’t order for almost $60k. Some of my options were not on the truck and they talked about making it right. In the end I didn’t some of my options. If they would have made that right my review would be much more positive. But evidently an extra $500 was a bit to much for customer service. More
