Overall a very good experience but the 2024 RAV4 I purchased only had one smart key. I am supposed to get the second key shortly and will revisit when I recieve it. Carlos was an intentive salesperson and has been very helpful with showing me around all of the gadgets the car is equipped with. Only complaint is not having a second key yet. I did not finance so I have nothing to say about that except I was given a good explanation of the available extended warranty options, one of which I did purchase due to the crazy cost of the electronic components on newer cars. I plan on driving this car for at least 10 years and wanted it covered, just in case More

I never met Les Foale so I can not rate him. The majority of contract negotiations was online. I had not signed anything and came on sight to negotiate the final agreement. The salesman led me to believe that I had agreed to what had been sent online. At one point they had tried to get me to sign the contract online before I had been able to physically check the vehicle out. I did not like this aspect. The contact with the financial/document specialist was outstanding. More
