The repair work that was required, per the dealership, was not correct and the cost associated with the repair work was very expensive. Had an issue with a defective front camera system on a 2024 RAVA 4, staff promptly scheduled an appointment found the issue, ordered the part and had it fixed the next day on warranty coverage. I left the car at the dealer to get it serviced and told the shop to call me if there are any problems. When I return to pick up the car, they said that it needed brake fluid and some other things, but bec the shop to call me if there are any problems. But the thing was that I received for texts While they said, my phone was shut off and you would think that if I had low brake level, they would simply add some brake fluid, But that’s just me.
