Appointment at 8 o’clock dropped it off was told it be an hour. Told him I would be at back by one to pick it up. Was not ready. I couldn’t believe that they couldn’t even Wash the bugs off the windows the poorest service I’ve ever had in the past I was given a car wash pass this time. Nothing not even a clean windshield also heard others complain in the service department. Things need to be changed. More

Not told I may extend oil change interval to 7500 or 10000 mile instead of 5000. Not offered coupon to Bluebird carwash, until returned to dealership to ask. Inspection report suggested I needed new engine air filter—- close inspection by your techs would reveal newer filter in place, installed by me with my initials in permanent marker, filter only had small leaf, instantly cleaned with squirt of air. Front desk recommended changing air filters inside cab and engine! I said I would do it myself! Before leaving I checked under the hood and saw the air filter cover had not be opened to check filter! and engine! I said I would do it myself! They were very accommodating getting everything done ahead of time and quickly. The communication is why I would only rate a 3 star. We were also advised the vehicle would arrive on a Tuesday/wednesday. It never arrived until Saturday and we were unable to pick it up. the temporary tag given was dated only a week after we got the vehicle, making it very difficult to get to the DMV within that short time frame to register the vehicle. I requested my husband be primary on the lease because his credit was better currently but when we showed up I was primary with no explanation why. They were very nice and accommodating but a bit shady on the communication with everything which was frustrating. More
