Inspection report suggested I needed new engine air filter—- close inspection by your techs would reveal newer filter in place, installed by me with my initials in permanent marker, filter only had small leaf, instantly cleaned with squirt of air. Appointment at 8 o’clock dropped it off was told it be an hour. Told him I would be at back by one to pick it up. Was not ready. I couldn’t believe that they couldn’t even Wash the bugs off the windows the poorest service I’ve ever had in the past I was given a car wash pass this time.
