Car shopping is one of the least desirable ways to spend an afternoon. My mother was obligated to replace her current automobile and due to information from family and friends (who are Hyundai owners) we we an afternoon. We were greeted with smiles and a casual approach which immediately put us at ease. We never felt pressure and feel as though we were given adequate information and allowed to reach our own decision. Jay Williams began the process and was friendly and considerate and gave us the facts as we asked for them. Josh Shifflett took over the processing of our purchase and arranged for us to test drive the car. We kept the car for several hours and drove to Staunton so my brother (the other Hyundai owner) could check it out. We are pleased with the purchase price and with the extended warranties (thanks to Jake Swartz). Josh patiently sat in the car with my mother and taught her how to operate all her new bells and whistles. I believe we have a reliable car backed up by a reliable dealership. My mother needed to feel safe and needed a dealership that she can call or drop by when she has questions. You made us feel like family, so don't be surprised when we drop by for a visit.
