We had an excellent experience! My husband did a lot or research leading up to our purchase and he was not here to mess around. They understood that immediately. We had picked out a car to try online and our dealer, Dennis Frimpong, had it waiting out front, as well as à right beauty. À navy blue Hyundai Venue with a white top. She was magnificent. Feels like I’m flying AirFrance when sitting in it. (All I’m missing is a piece of Brie cheese). This was our second stop and we still had one more shop to visit but seeing as how I really liked the car my husband asked for the “out the door price” and they provided. We went to the third shop, had lunch, and went right back to Safford to scoop up the Hyundai. Dennis was amazing. I think it was only his second week working there but he was quick to make connections. When I said my name he told me his daughter shared the SAME NAME. Is this true? I don’t know but I was in! Haha. He shared that she was 8 months old and we told him we have an almost 8 month old!!! We had such an amazing time. The mocha was delicious. They provided me (the wife) an iPad so I could watch the USA game (because I’m the football fan in the partnership) while we were taking care of all the paper work. Truly, à 5 star expérience. I would go back in a heartbeat. If you have all your affairs in order they are excellent to work with so I can only imagine how helpful they are if you just walk in and have no idea what you’re doing. Merci!!

Bottom Line: I would highly recommend this Dealership for anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Customer Service: Outstanding customer service from start to finish. I was very impressed at the high level of customer service that was provided. Glenn Patterson's approach was excellent in my opinion. He was professional, experienced and also very personable. There wasn't one moment during the entire process where I felt like I was being "pushed" in a particular direction or misled. Great Teaming/Collaboration: Glenn spent an enormous amount of time patiently answering all my questions and collaborating with the financial team when needed to provide me with the facts I needed in order to make an informed decision. Experienced/Ensured Visibility: Glenn also leveraged his experience to provide me with additional options that would work for me when I needed them and clear insights into the buying process. He documented all the details of the purchase and then went over it with me (literally) line by line, to ensure I understood and agreed with everything. "Full Service" Operation: I was able to easily transition from signing papers with Glenn to sitting down with the Finance/Accounting expert (Josh). This was also a great experience with Josh also answering questions I had, explaining exactly what to expect and then stepping through the process with me on the computer to complete the application, which was quickly approved. Before leaving, Glenn took me and my daughter (who was with me) out to the vehicle and spent more time going through all of the different features we hadn't seen before and answering more questions. :) Amazing Waiting Area: They also have an amazing waiting area for anyone who brings their car in for service! They told me “no codes found,” gave me no printout, and sent me home with the same issue. Five minutes away, Affordable Automotive diagnosed the real problem in under 24 hours — proof that Pohanka didn’t do their job.

We normally hate going through the car buying process, but working with Chad Taylor was awesome. He listened to what we wanted and the "walk-out the door" price we were looking for and actually got us into an upgraded trim at a fantastic price! I couldn't believe it. No high pressure sales. No gimmick. Just a salesperson with a great personality that wants to make his customers happy. We highly recommend Chad. If we need to replace our other car, he will definitely be the go-to guy.

AWFUL experience! Had made an appointment two weeks in advance for 10:00am on a Friday. I had called back to confirm days before and ask how long the appointment would last. I was told 1 hour. Well, I arrived 5 minutes early, my vehicle was taking inside and sat for almost 30 minutes. I kept walking over to the window to see if anyone was attending to it. Nope! At 1 hour 10 minutes I asked the service advisor Daniel Cole how much longer and was told the oul change take 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours???? I told him what I was told on the phone and he could care less. Finally got my car 1 hour 40 minutes and paid the bill and left. After reviewing the bill I noticed it stated fluid top off, courtesy car wash, tire rotation. None of these items had been completed! This is fraudulent to list in writing that you performed services and actually didn't! I sent an email to Daniel the day after and after I complained to someone from the home home office he called. I reviewed my concerns with him. He made excuses that the car wash wasnt installed? They overlooked the fluids?? And the tires were confirmed to have been rotated. We'll the air pressure in all 4 tires was the same as when I took it. One was 2 pounds lower and still on the same side of the car as when I took it there! But it was confirmed to have been done! Horrible dealership! Beware
