I went in to look at a 2013 Kia sportage. I test drive a black sx and loved it. When I went to get my vehicle appraised for the trade in, found out they sold the black one, but had a red ex model. My experience at Steven Kia was outstanding. My old car was wonderful, and I wasn't that excited about making a change. However, I needed more hauling capacity and wanted more money in my wallet at the end was wonderful, and I wasn't that excited about making a change. Both employees i worked with were great. The sale was pretty much smooth except for a little glitch in the paper work. I would recommend them for sure.
