Very attentive and work extra hard to make sure they get a deal that works for you. They offered me more than a fair price for my vehicle in order to trade it/sell it to them. I would like to see the servi a deal that works for you. They offered me more than a fair price for my vehicle in order to trade it/sell it to them. I would like to see the service department be a little bit more focused on making the customer happy, but their work is solid. The dealership regularly has a wide selection of trucks available. That is an indicator of how tuned in they are to the local market here in the Shenandoah Valley. More

Service Center is Crooked! My son had a ice-related tire issue. Car was towed to the Nissan dealership for an ESTIMATE. Ultimately, we arranged to have the car towed from the Ni My son had a ice-related tire issue. Car was towed to the Nissan dealership for an ESTIMATE. Ultimately, we arranged to have the car towed from the Nissan dealership to a different shop and our favored mechanic. Nissan service dept. then refused to release the car to anyone unless we paid a $100 "service charge". BS!! No work was done, no work was authorized, but they claim they had to run hours of "diagnostics" to determine an estimate. It was such a flagrant lie. Since they couldn't make money on the high estimated repairs, they held the car hostage. THEY ARE ROTTEN to the core...RUN!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE JERKS. More
