We were traveling through VA yesterday & my Toyota Corolla had an issue. I googled the closest Toyota dealer & realized it was 5 minutes away! My daughter called Nicholas there & he quickly went into Corolla had an issue. I googled the closest Toyota dealer & realized it was 5 minutes away! My daughter called Nicholas there & he quickly went into action to get us there and repair my car! He was thorough, organized and effectively took care of the problem. This included collaborating with my local dealer to make sure we were taken care of there.
