We were traveling through VA yesterday & my Toyota Corolla had an issue. I googled the closest Toyota dealer & realized it was 5 minutes away! My daughter called Nicholas there & he quickly went into Corolla had an issue. I googled the closest Toyota dealer & realized it was 5 minutes away! My daughter called Nicholas there & he quickly went into action to get us there and repair my car! He was thorough, organized and effectively took care of the problem. This included collaborating with my local dealer to make sure we were taken care of there. As an added bonus, I was so impressed to receive a text from him this morning to assure we made it home safely. This is what customer service is all about. Thank you Nicholas!! More

Needed an inspection, oil change, and general checkup on our 21 yr old Honda. Made the appt. Staff was friendly and attentive. Used an app to keep us updated.
