Will and the tech team took our concern about a “muffler noise” seriously. They quickly and accurately diagnosed a head gasket failure. Then Will got to work on qualifying the car for extended warranty appr noise” seriously. They quickly and accurately diagnosed a head gasket failure. Then Will got to work on qualifying the car for extended warranty approval and succeeded. A new engine was soon received and installed. The car is like new again.
