Our salesman, Brian was excellent. He was cordial, not pushy, explained the car details, and helped us getcthe car and price we wanted. They had a good selection of pre-owned vehicles in the model we wanted. Stacey the finance guy was rather rude and condescending. If the car had been strictly for me, I would have walked out and gone elsewhere. Also, if Brian had not been so fantastic, my rating would have been a 3 at best. We love the car, however Stacey needs lessons in proper etiquette and treating people better. Fortunately, we did not need financing, or most likely would have gone elsewhere. More
