The 100 mile drive was worth the service from Graham Nelson! I was looking for a certified pre-owned Camry XLE and happened to see two that I liked online at Steven Toyota. I was directed by Kay Moua to see Sale I was looking for a certified pre-owned Camry XLE and happened to see two that I liked online at Steven Toyota. I was directed by Kay Moua to see Sales Manager Carey Knicely when I got there. He introduced me to Graham Nelson who was extremely helpful and a very nice young man to deal with. He had the two cars ready and I drove one of them but didn't care for the other. I really wanted a silver one but the only one in that color was a Hybrid which I didn't think I could afford but I drove it anyway and fell in love with it. In addition, the price was less than I expected so I went ahead and bought it. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful. The only negative is that once I saw it in the daylight (the next day), I noticed that it had some deep blemishes in the paint on the hood which is most likely to have come from tree sap or bird droppings (as explained to me by the owner of a body shop). I was disappointed that nothing was done about the blemishes since I thought Certified Pre-owned meant only minor dings such as pebble pitting on the hood, etc, not deep blemishes below the surface of the clear coat which can't be buffed out. More
