Great Experience I haven't been to a car lot in years and didn't know exactly what I was looking for but Gregory Woodson at Toyota made the process very smooth. He took his time and sat down with me and went over exactly what I wanted and needed in a new vehicle. He had a very laid back personality, easy to talk to and definitely knew his stuff when it came to the different vehicles. His manager was even very friendly and easy to work with. Dropped the ball Brought my 2015 Yaris in 3 times not only for required maintenance but the rear bumper was detaching from the car. Stevens Toyota never correctly fixe Brought my 2015 Yaris in 3 times not only for required maintenance but the rear bumper was detaching from the car. Stevens Toyota never correctly fixed the issue and accused me of having an accident. A second opinion and Toyota regional disagreed with them. However I spent a year driving an unsafe car with a detached bumper due to Steven Toyota. Thank God I wasn't in an accident because the lack of impact control was off the charts. I care less about the positive reviews....i care more about the utter lack or concern for my safety...and my family's safety. Also not too mention the 2 alignments I needed within 3 months of each other? ...never would I visit this dealer again not recommend to anyone. More
