From the first impression, I knew that I was dealing with such a trustworthy and knowledgable sales person. Xavier greeted me with respect and went above and beyond to help me and my family out. It was many years since I purchased my last vehicle and Xavier knew how to walk me through each process. I told him about my situation and he directed me to the Toyota Sienna. After inspecting the car and taking it out for a test drive, I knew this was the car for me and my family. Xavier made sure to best accommodate me each time we met and made the overall experience quick and peaceful for me. I never once felt like I was being swindled or taken advantage of, but fully understanding each process and not forced to hurry up and buy a car. Never once did He not answer a question or was unwilling to help. Thank you Xavier from me and my wife, we never knew that buying a car could be so quick and peaceful. I live about 3hrs away, and Steven Toyota allowed my parents to come and view and act as a proxy for me. I was able to speak to Sean over the phone as well as via FaceTime so I could see a lot for myself. They worked with us to get a vehicle in our price point, and Sean even offered to drive it to me. I've never imagined purchasing a vehicle could be a simple as Steven Toyota, and I've never had such a pleaseant experience with a sales person. Sales does not always have the best connotation, but Sean never once made me feel like he wasn't on my side. TL;DR - 10/10, ask for Sean. More

New Highlander Bought a new 2017 Highlander yesterday, had a great experience at Steven's. Was greeted by DJ Gutch, gave me the keys to a Highlander I wanted to loo Bought a new 2017 Highlander yesterday, had a great experience at Steven's. Was greeted by DJ Gutch, gave me the keys to a Highlander I wanted to look at, no questions or pressure. Then Aaron Pence came out and gave all the info I needed about the vehicle. A very polite and knowledgeable young man. I was very interested in buying, just needed to test drive. We went for a drive and I knew this was the one I wanted. Went inside and started negotiations. After going back and forth several times, we agreed upon a price and interest rate for financing. Aaron is great to deal with, no pressure whatsoever! Then met with Som to sign the papers and finalize the deal. Som is another great guy to work with there, very patient and explains all the payment and financing options. Everything went smoothly, the whole process was about 2 hours from the time I drove in on the lot until I left with the new vehicle. A very positive experience with these guys at Steven Toyota! More
