Walked in with doubts, left with confidence. I am always hesitant and skeptical to accept the words of a car salesman as truth, so when I walked in, I was ready to put up a fight and tell the dea I am always hesitant and skeptical to accept the words of a car salesman as truth, so when I walked in, I was ready to put up a fight and tell the dealer where to go. But then Patrick Molloy greeted me with a big smile and just as big a personality to go along with it. I told Patrick that I was there to check out one of the online Camrys and we went for a test drive. I told him what I was looking for in a vehicle and he tried to get me to buy a new Corolla at the 0% interest rate that Toyota is offering. He also tried to get me to go in to a lease, but I wasn't looking for that. No big deal; he is just giving me options right? Well when I went home and did my research (even with the lease), everything he said at the dealership was spot on accurate and truthful. I really enjoyed my time with Patrick and I went back to see him the next day to buy the Camry. The price was right. The open greeting from Patrick was exactly what I wanted and needed to buy my next vehicle. I really do recommend going to see Patrick at Steven Toyota! Once we made the paperwork official, he took me around to the service bay to show me how to take advantage of my free car washes, etc. He even put my concerns of recalls to ease by asking a service dept specialist to pull up any recalls through the computer. This dealership has nothing to hide. They helped me out with the interest rate, they made everything very transparent, and did not pressure me into any sales or deals that I was not OK with. I am looking forward to my next 5-7 years with this vehicle. I can honestly say that I have never been more proud of any vehicle purchase before. More
