When we made our decision of the 6 cyl. Touring model, we were met by Mr. Carey Nicely who went over all of the figures so that we knew what was going on during the entire process. The Finance Manager then carefully went over our financing options and was also very patient in explaining them. Mr. Cory Sodikoff, the General Sales Manager came out and thanked us for our purchase. I'm a 50-something single woman, and have heard horror stories about car-buying experiences from friends. The team at Steven Toyota, however, made the process easy and pleasant. I was treated fairly and with great respect. Ladies - this is the place that you want to buy your next vehicle! I researched the car I wanted (Consumer Reports, safety ratings, etc.), and on a Friday evening whim, took a chance that they would have it in stock. They did! (Although they made it clear that even if they didn't have the color/options that I was looking for, they would find it for me.) My bank has a car buying service that I trust to negotiate the best price. Steven Toyota doesn't participate in my bank's program, but they agreed to match the price. And they gave me a fair offer on my battered and bruised trade-in. (I had also done the research on that.) They offered extended warranty and other "add-ons," but didn't push back when I declined the up-sell. Jonathan made sure that I was checked-out on all of the car's features, and offered sincerely, multiple times, that I should call him directly if I needed any additional assistance. Everyone, including sales staff, sales managers and finance staff, was polite, respectful, and helpful. They made it clear that they really appreciated my business. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! More
