I'm a 50-something single woman, and have heard horror stories about car-buying experiences from friends. The team at Steven Toyota, however, made the process easy and pleasant. I was treated fairly and with great respect. Ladies - this is the place that you want to buy your next vehicle! I researched the car I wanted (Consumer Reports, safety ratings, etc.), and on a Friday evening whim, took a chance that they would have it in stock. They did! (Although they made it clear that even if they didn't have the color/options that I was looking for, they would find it for me.) My bank has a car buying service that I trust to negotiate the best price. Steven Toyota doesn't participate in my bank's program, but they agreed to match the price. And they gave me a fair offer on my battered and bruised trade-in. (I had also done the research on that.) They offered extended warranty and other "add-ons," but didn't push back when I declined the up-sell. Jonathan made sure that I was checked-out on all of the car's features, and offered sincerely, multiple times, that I should call him directly if I needed any additional assistance. Everyone, including sales staff, sales managers and finance staff, was polite, respectful, and helpful. They made it clear that they really appreciated my business. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! More

They didn't make us wait a long time and everything was easy. We always liked to shop at CarMax for it's no haggle pricing and easy purchase experience but this was just as good. If they just would go to no haggle pricing and get rid of that silly $300 dealer fee that always leaves a bad taste in your mouth I can see us coming back to car dealers for our next purchase. More
