I like how he took the time a patience with me and my daughter to show us the cars that made the most sense to us. Johnathan was the salesman and Carey is the finance manager, super guys! I felt no pressure and they didn't try to jerk me around. There was no haggling required, these guys want to sale you a care and are fair from the word "go". It was a short painless process. They really make you feel comfortable and told us to call them anytime. One of the owners Cory walked over and talked to me while the vehicle was being detailed. I mentioned it in service, asked what I could do and the service writer sent me to Patrick in sales, who used to work in the service department, so I knew who he was. Patrick gave me an incredible lesson in options and reasoned decision-making. He took me through costs and advantages and drawbacks on a new lease, both a low-cost and a stronger used car, and a new purchase arrangement which I had not thought possible, with my unexpired lease. Patrick shared wisdom related to my own circumstance and retirement age, and we settled on a really smart basic Corolla deal, except the color wasn't for me. After all our conversations, Patrick simply told me he would bring out the car he knew I would like, from inventory. It was the same price range we had settled on, but has a superb finish, plus ECO mode, CVT, and a back-up camera, perfect for my older eyes and reaction time. Perfect.
