My first time at buying a new car so I didn't know what to expect. I was greeted at the door by Cliff Parkins. I told him what I wanted which was some unreal demands but he smiled and said let me take a look after a few minutes he came back with a car. He was very patient and treated me like he had known me his whole life. I left with a new car that I absolutely love and knew that I had made a friend for life. Thanks Cliff!! More

If a dealership allows a salesman to operate on their sales floor in a disreputable manner then they only care about the current sale and care nothing about the future state of the deal. I felt as though Steven Toyota and Stacey Williams viewed me as an important customer today and as a future customer to purchase new vehicles in the future. With the help that The Sales Manager gave in securing me a "fair rebuilding" APR to restart my credit with, Steven Toyota has certainly gone a long way towards earning my future business as I purchase more cars down the road.
