Doing his job, he invited me out to the dealership but I did not feel any significant pressure. In fact, throughout the whole sales process, Greg was very laid back and let me think things through. When I had specific questions about brakes, timing belt and other service records, he immediately secured answers by showing me service records and contacting service dept. When I more or less settled on a car I felt was a strong possibility, Carey Knicely was able to discuss financing options and find an interest rate that helped bring my payments down. Most impressively, when I told these gentlemen that I wanted to look at one other car across the street at Honda as a courtesy to a someone I was working with over there previously, they allowed me to do so with absolutely no pressure. That was pleasantly surprising and greatly appreciated. I never ever felt pushed to "close the sale". I had already done extensive research and was ready to buy. Carey was able to address some mechanical issues with the car as a courtesy to me (brakes were about 60% worn) and agreed to have them replaced so I would not have to deal with it so early in my ownership. He wanted me to have a great car with no issues and I believe (at least hope) that will be the case. Greg was very pleasant and offered several times to provide a drink which I later took up on his offer. Overall that whole sales process was very smooth and enjoyable. More

This is the first "adult" purchase I've made and Jonathan and Matt made it a much less stressful experience than I anticipated. It helped that I was familiar with many of the staff from working at Beyond, but aside from that I had an awesome experience. After I drove the first car I knew that I wanted to buy a car from Steven Toyota and I am happy with my purchase. Thank you all for your amazing service and help!!! More
