Mr. Molloy thoroughly explained the features of the 2015 Highlander LE Plus that we were shopping for, answered all our questions, made it easy to come to a deal. It was the "softest sell" I've ever experienced in buying cars. None of the high pressure nonsense that would have driven me to another dealer regardless of price. None of the "let me go check with the manager" several times to see what could be done. And all the other staff I dealt with were straightforward, answered questions. I'd buy from them again. More
