My daughter is a student at JMU and I totally trust Steven to repair our vehicle because we would like to keep it another 10 years. I drove it today and I can say it drives just like it did when we bought it new. I had an oxygen sensor go bad as well as the vehicle needed new water pump and timing belt. While there they told me that the manifold was gunned up and we had indeed noticed it was running rough. It drives like a dream. I will have her bring it back for a dashboard light and valve cover gasket. Excellent service! Thank you! More

I asked several times to test drive a vehicle and was told no. So when my husband and I decided on the 2015 Scion TC, Buzz again helped us, but would not respect my decision for a scion and mentioned putting me in a Camry after I had told him no to a Camry multiple times. So after Buzz kept pushing the Camry I walked out, he showed no remorse or interest in making the deal so we left. Not even an hour later Ron Pleasant's called my husband had us back at the dealership and in the car that I wanted for the price I could afford and we were out the door.
