Our Buying Experience at Steven Toyota We called the dealership to inquire about the 2002 Chevy Tahoe that we saw listed on your website. Our call was returned by Mr. Stacey Williams. He was very helpful in answering our questions and worked very diligently on that Saturday of our conversation to get us credit approval. He returned our calls periodically throughout the day to let us know where we stood as far as the credit process was going. He then called to tell us he "had great news, we had been approved" and to please come on over and test drive the vehicle. Once we got there he again answered all of our additional questions, took us out for our test drive and worked very professionally and quickly to get us into our Tahoe and on our way. Excellent New Car Sales Experience My husband and I were at Stevens Toyota on June 16 2014 to have our 2012 Sienna serviced (also an excellent department). We stopped by the showroom a My husband and I were at Stevens Toyota on June 16 2014 to have our 2012 Sienna serviced (also an excellent department). We stopped by the showroom afterwards just to see what the new Siennas were about and were greeted very courteously outside the showroom by Stacey Williams. We knew what we wanted and how much we wanted to pay, Stacey found the car we wanted and from there we breezed through the negotiations and purchase..no pressure, no harassment, no theatrics with the sales manager. Due to Mr. DiSanto's health we had to leave for a few hours before final decision but again were treated with respect and understanding by Stacey. When we returned in the evening for the car, it was ready for us and Logan went quickly through the paperwork, we were in and out of his office in less than 45 minutes. Meanwhile, Stacey prepped the license plates for us, checked over the car one more time and then patiently explained all the new features in the new Sienna before we drove away. He also retrieved the antenna removal tool from the old Sienna for us. Thank you for a great sales experience, probably the best we've had anywhere.
