Great Used Car Experience We had been looking for clean used Toyota Celica GT with low miles for my son's first car. Found newly posted car late Friday afternoon that had just We had been looking for clean used Toyota Celica GT with low miles for my son's first car. Found newly posted car late Friday afternoon that had just been traded in. Called Ron Pleasants at Steven Toyota who sent additional photos for us, and we arranged to drive 140 miles the next morning to see car. Because the car had just arrived and was "as is" condition, Ron had the car checked by their Service Department and sent a detailed list of the items that were going to be taken care of, and if we were interested, he said they would be fixed Saturday afternoon. We also told them that we wanted car checked by local mechanic and they were OK with that. Brandon Cobb met us when we arrived and was friendly, professional and informative throughout the entire process. After having the car checked independently by a local shop, we had a couple areas we wanted addressed. Brandon took us back to the huge Service department and we spoke to the also friendly mechanic Buzzy who explained exactly what what he was doing to the car and he showed us some minor things he was fixing on the car that he had uncovered, beyond what the the other mechanic had advised. We then negotiated to buy the car with Brandon and Matt Francisco. The entire process was cooperative, non-high pressure and painless. It was my son's first car buying experience and Steven Toyota made it a great one. We were treated us like valued customers even though they knew we lived far away and this was likely the only car we might be buying from them. Very good experience and I highly recommend them. More

We purchased our last car 15 years ago from Steven Toyota and did not consider visiting any other dealership when we were ready to purchase again. Our experience there was truly "off the charts". Bill Collins and Cory Sodikoff were wonderful to work with. They knew their product well and answered questions candidly and with expertise. There was no pressure to purchase and every effort was made to get us the color and package we wanted. We both love our 2014 Limited Tundra Truck. It drives like a luxury car and still has all the advantages of a truck. We cannot recommend this dealership or these two young men more highly. We were not only treated like family but royalty! He took us out to see the new 2014 corolla and was telling us all the new features they have and the sales discounts they were having that week-end only. All the guys involved in the sale were very good to talk with. I have been a regular customer for quite a few years now. They worked a pretty good deal for us. I am really impressed with the new Corolla. It is a much better ride than the Scion. Gas mileage was 36.71 just driving around here 14 miles to work and around here short distances. I am really pleased with that. The dealership was having hamburgers and hot dogs that day and invited us to have something to eat while we waited for the paperwork. All just made you feel at home. Never really pushed the sale or anything. Sat and talked with us about many other things besides cars. All around good customer dealer relationship. As long as they stay like they are now, I will never deal anywhere else. More
