With my girlfriend and I having been looking through cars and trucks for a little while at Toyota, we decided that it was time to start gathering real With my girlfriend and I having been looking through cars and trucks for a little while at Toyota, we decided that it was time to start gathering real information and talk to someone. At that moment, Patrick promptly greeted us (seemingly out of nowhere) and from then on he went above and beyond for us. Patrick was able to take what would have been an extremely stressful experience and turn it into a completely controlled and positive experience. Besides having extensive knowledge about each and every vehicle we test drove or questioned, the greatest aspect of Patrick's service was the sheer fact that he wasn't as concerned about making a sale as much as he was concerned with educating us about each vehicle in order to ensure our comfort and happiness with whatever purchase might come along. Another factor of Patrick's outstanding service was that he kept repeating to us that he wanted to focus on creating a lasting relationship--one in which we would feel secure in contacting him for whatever reason (he even gave us his cell number!). We shared stories about our lives and what our interests were, which was refreshing considering the stigma of those "car dealers"--ergo his statement of wanting to create a lasting relationship did not simply come as words, but instead manifested into action. We really appreciate the attitude, concern, and personal relationship that we now have with Patrick. In the future, we can with certainty say that we will not only continue to deal with Steven Toyota (namely Patrick), but we will be sending any family and friends their way. It was a most pleasurable experience. Even with rockstars like Mr. Malloy, the rest of the staff that we were in contact with were all very pleasurable, informative, and concerned with our satisfaction--it truly felt like it was number one on their priority list! The salespeople explained everything to us and we felt good about our choice to lease instead of buy. We contacted three dealers and were very pleased with the lease deal. We especially liked the fact that we received cash for our trade-in and it was not part of the lease deal. We were surprised that we walked off the lot with our new car that day and that we could even drive our trade-in home and bring it back later. There trade-in price was also very good. They surpassed the other dealers we contacted in every aspect of the sale. Steven Toyota has made a friend for life and we feel like we made 4 new friends when we bought our car. Now that doesn't happen often. More
