We visited the lot prior to the dealer opening to view the vehicle without the hassle of a dealer (bad previous experiences lead me to this habit), and also toured several other dealers in the area for a the vehicle without the hassle of a dealer (bad previous experiences lead me to this habit), and also toured several other dealers in the area for a similar model vehicle. We came back to Steven Toyota since the car was in our price range, and discovered all of the vehicles being moved for the following day of snow. One of the sellers, Ashton, who was assisting with moving the vehicles, stopped what she was doing to help us with the car we became interested in. She was incredibly nice and easy to talk to, down to earth, and made our car purchase one of the most pleasant experiences we could have ever asked for. I'm still upset at myself for not coming to Steven Toyota several months ago when I purchased my truck, but after this car purchase, we will definitely be returning customers with this amazing level of support, satisfaction, and ease of making a huge investment and purchase.
