MY experience with the sales agents I named was above and beyond what I expected. I started with Greg Woodson who was very prompt in responding to my queries via email which made it covenant to set up a and beyond what I expected. With that said Greg did his best to find me a vehicle that would best suit my needs however we were having trouble finding something within my price range which is where Matt Fontain came in. Matt was the man working behind the scenes for something I could afford he made me feel reassured and was willing to sympathize to my tight budget as a single mom of 4 children which Hyundai was unwilling to do. I did reach a point of frustration and decided to look else where when it looked as if despite Matt and Greg's best efforts we were not going to be able to find anything suitable. In comes Ron Pleasant who worked hard to save the sale, Ron rolled out the red carpet treatment and spoke with me on a level of understanding parent to parent, understanding that my children's safety was paramount. Ron assured me that even though I was at another dealership he would continue to look for not only a car I could afford but one that would be safe ,and large enough of my girls to be comfortable. Ron as well as Matt called me with an offer that I could not refuse however Ron stayed with me and held my hand through the end process. Though there were customers that he could have been working with he took the time to reassure me in my purchase, and answer any of the many questions that I had. Ron also washed and filled the car with a full tank of Gas and went over features well past his working hours until I had the keys in hand. My team was amazing being a woman and single mother of four little girls I could not have asked for more ,I left feeling like the most valued customer and that is something I did not feel from Hyundai or the shinny new car max up the street. Steven Toyota knows the vale of your average everyday day customer who just needs a reliable car. More
Dazz greeted us before we even entered the building. He is very personable. We were looking for a used car - probably a corolla - and Dazz came along with us on several car trials. He is very relaxed and not pushy - qualities I like a lot in a salesman. After trying out several cars we spoke with Carey who asked several useful questions about our requirements. Given my long commute, Carey asked if we'd considered a Prius. We had not considered anything of the sort - thinking we couldn't afford one. It turns out that we could afford one after all. So after another trial run with Dazz we chose a new Prius. Talk about an upsale! The car is very nice and all in all I was surprised and pleased at our new purchase. The sales guys did an excellent job. More

When my husband and I came we had a lot of questions in our mind about what vehicle we really wanted. Dazz answered all our questions, helped us compare the pros and cons and took us out for multiple test our mind about what vehicle we really wanted. Dazz even let us know he would find vehicles from other dealers if need be. Purchased a used car from dealership. I also bought the gold service plan and was told by Logan and Bill several times that this covered the car bumper to bumper. They both even repeated bumper to bumper gold service plan and was told by Logan and Bill several times that this covered the car bumper to bumper. They both even repeated bumper to bumper warranty. First heated seat malfunctioned, Logan stated that it was covered under warranty, the sevice center said that it was not. I accepted this as a misunderstanding of Logans because he stated that what he meant by bumper to bumper was only on main parts of vehicle. When i took the vehicle in for routine service i wanted them to check the transmission because of shifitng problems. I was told from the service manager that the gold warranty did not cover the transmission. After trying for weeks and leaving messages for Logan to call me he never returned my call. I finally got in touch with Som and he cancelled the gold service plan instead of fixing the transmission. I still have not received a refund for the service plan. And it has been 8 weeks. More
Stevens Toyota went to great lengths to help find me a new 2013 RAV 4. It had only been on the market for 2-3 weeks and they were able to find me the exact color and features as I had wanted within a few new 2013 RAV 4. It had only been on the market for 2-3 weeks and they were able to find me the exact color and features as I had wanted within a few short minutes. They were very upfront with all of my payment options and actually found me a better deal by the time I came back in to pick up the car. Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous. From the service department to the showroom, every was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Even after I picked up my car, I received a handwritten thank you letter from the business development manager, calls from my salesman making sure everything was fine and finally I received a phone call from the general manager several days later again thanking me for my patronage. To say that I was satisfied was an understatement. I would no doubt recommend Stevens Toyota to anyone buying a used or new vehicle. More
