My Wife and I went into test drive a new 2013 Toyota Tacoma after chatting online with Angela Shoemaker. The truck we were interested in had sold the day before speaking with Ms. Shoemaker, however she Tacoma after chatting online with Angela Shoemaker. The truck we were interested in had sold the day before speaking with Ms. Shoemaker, however she stated they had acquired another truck exactly the same model in a different color. My wife and I had a 2006 Ford Escape Limited that we were interested in trading, so we took the new Tacoma for a test drive. We were greeted my Ms. Shoemaker. She was extremely friendly and helpful and put us in touch with Mr. Bill Collins. He pulled up the new Tacoma and accompanied us on the test drive. He was very informative and helpful and I could have not been more happy with his personalty! After the test drive, My wife and I sat down with Mr. Collins to talk about numbers. We were very straight forward in what we were looking for and how much we could afford. He came back after we spoke with Mr. John McCarthy who had the numbers for our trade-in and percents for financing. Together they met our financial needs and we bought our very first new truck! The experience was extremely pleasant and everyone that we came in contact with was more than helpful and personable. After agreeing on terms, My wife and I sat down with Mr. Logan Bricker. He went over all the paperwork and extended warranties. He was very straight forward and recommended only what he thought would be useful for us. He was not pushy and did not try to push us to buy "extras" that we did not want nor need. After signing all the papers, we hopped into our brand new 2013 Toyota Tacoma and drove home. The next morning we returned with the title for the SUV that we traded and upon pulling into the lot, every employee waved and remembered us. The Steven Toyota dealership does a great job at making buying a new vehicle extremely easy. I would recommend Mr. Bill Collins to any friend or family member looking to purchase a Toyota, and rest assured that he would treat them just as he did my wife and I. Steven Toyota will wash my new truck anytime I pull in and I don't know any dealerships that would offer this! More

My experience at Steven Toyota was good right from the start. We were greeted immediately at the door by Jeremy. He then proceeded to assist us and bring the vehicle we were interested in up to the door f start. We were greeted immediately at the door by Jeremy. He wasted no time assisting us with our needs and was very honest and helpful with every question we had for him. I soon found myself test driving the vehicle and before I knew it I was setting up a credit check for financing. Even during the tedious paperwork that is the finance process, and me being not entirely sure of how I wanted to finance and how much I could put down, Jeremy remained very patient and still very helpful. Soon enough I had signed off on the vehicle and was ready to head out the door. Jeremy already had the vehicle pulled out front waiting with an owners manual and both sets of keys. Not to mention he stayed well past his scheduled work day and store hours to make sure that everything was taken care of and that we were properly taken care of.
