We have an older model of Corolla that is still going with 183,000 miles, so we trust the Toyota brand and the fact that it was a certified used vehicle at a great price speaks for itself. The whole transaction went smoothly and efficiently and we were in the new car in no time. I was having THEEEE WORST DAY I COULD POSSIBLY have. I was on the last day of my vacation 4hrs away from home and my car had a major break down. Car was towed to the nearest Toyota dealership in the area which was Steven Toyota but I had no idea how I was going to get home let alone how I was going to get to the dealership which was 30 miles away. Steven Toyota was very sympathetic to my situation and actually sent Ron Pleasant to pick me up and bring me to the dealership and let me say that they sent a super EXPERT for the job. Ron single handed turned my horrible day to the perfect day. He saw how stressed I was and made me laugh for the first time in the past 14 hours of a sleepless night. He was very patient and worked out an unbelievable deal that I am still in disbelief of. My car axle was broken and repair would cost me almost $1000 bucks and would not be ready until 4 days later. Remember I'm 4 freaking hours away from home! Well Ron helped me trade in my car as is and put me in a BRAND NEW 2012 Toyota Camry within the exact price range that I needed! Ron gave me the best customer service I have had in any line of business and I am totally grateful. Thanks again Steven Toyota but especially Ron Pleasant. This guy KNOWS how to make a down and out customer like me feel like I hit the lottery. I hope the rest of the staff takes note of how this business is supposed to be done. Overall it was a good experience. Chris was kind, but new. In time he will learn more. We didn't have much interaction with KD, but he was new too.. Logan was not as professional.
