This had to be one of the easiest car purchases ever. We were met by Logan upon arriving at the lot. He allowed us to drive the vehicles we were interested in & showed us the car we ended up buying. Conveniently scheduled 10,000 mi. service on-line. Arrived slightly early and immediately taken care of. Waiting room was clean with snacks and beverages available and comfortable seating. I did not catch the employees name but every time I call for an appointment or with questions they are answered promptly and the the service is also always very prompt. My 2011 Camry has swirl marks in th for an appointment or with questions they are answered promptly and the the service is also always very prompt. My 2011 Camry has swirl marks in the paint and I have never taken my car to any other car wash except Steven Toyota and was curious if your car wash has the brush or rollers on. I know when I bought the car they offered me a paint protection plan so that makes you wonder, especially on a new car that has only been hand washed. Thanks, Maxine Harris More

My husband and I drove two hours to Steven Toyota to look at the new 2012 Camry. I had researched Steven's Toyota Camry inventory and compared them to our local Toyota Dealership, they had a bigger color se at the new 2012 Camry. I had researched Steven's Toyota Camry inventory and compared them to our local Toyota Dealership, they had a bigger color selection of Camry's as well as their prices were slightly lower. I have driven a Camry for six years and my husband has owned Toyota trucks for over 20 years. You just can't go wrong with a Toyota!!! Jim Mason met us as soon as we stepped out of our car and gave us every and any detail about the Camry that we could possibly imagine. He was one of the most knowledgeable salesmen we have ever met. He even told us things about our Tundra that we didn't know! Needless to say, I said a bittersweet goodbye to my loyal six year old Camry that, by the way, the only work I had to do to it was put a set of brakes on it when it hit 100,000 miles!!! I drove the new 2012 Camry home and I'm in love with it!!! The only negative in the whole sale was I was not completely happy with the amount they gave me for my old Camry. I would have preferred to go by the NADA values, but otherwise, I am happy with my purchase and we may consider trading my husband's Tundra in the future but only for the NADA value :D More
