Rudy was a great salesperson, very helpful and friendly. However, before we talked to Rudy, we were in a couple of days prior to look at the car and talk pricing. We were given the run around by another salesperson and had an extremely unpleasant experience. After that, though, we made an offer online and talked to Angela, who was extremely helpful and courteous. We came back in and were helped by Rudy, who helped us feel better about the overall experience and worked with us to facilitate the process of buying the car. The experience with the Finance Manager was, unfortunately, not a bright point, either. We were hassled about a service plan that was way too expensive and didn't feel like we were getting honest answers. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but customer service could be improved upon greatly in many areas. More

I went into Steven Toyota not knowing if I was even elegable to get a car. Right away they made me feel welcome and like I was part of the family. They work with you and they work hard to get you int elegable to get a car. Right away they made me feel welcome and like I was part of the family. Yesterday I set out to trade in my Subaru for a Toyota Pruis. I stopped by Steven Toyota even though I am normally one to stay away because of my previously bad experiences with this business.
