We purchased a new Toyota Sienna minivan from Steven's Toyota. We made three visits to the showroom. The salespeople were very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. They were able to answer all our questions and provided us with materials to take home to make up our mind. Josh Shrum followed up by calling us and kept in touch. We decided to negotiate via e-mail and talked with Josh till we arrived at a mutually agreeable price. We then visited the dealership to finish off the transaction and left with our minivan. The whole process was relaxed and we felt absolutely no pressure from the dealership or sales staff. We highly recommend the dealership and would definitely tell everyone where to go to buy their Toyota or Scion. More

Had a bad experience with Buz Arbogast, he was very rude when I called about a car he had shown me. I told the manager and went back for the car, the staff was wonderful, especially Jeremy Shearer, who sol when I called about a car he had shown me. Upon arriving at Steven Toyota I was treated to coffee and a warm welcome from Jay. Jay was busy, which gave me time to scout the new Camrys on the lot again. I must have looked crazy walking back and forth making notes, but will jay's help I finally picked the right Camry. My pick was loaded with accessories that the Camry my wife saw didn't have, now thinking my wife would be hot over a more expensive sticker price, Jay assured me it would work out. And, the new Camry did work out very well and with extended warranty, service agreement, and even a contract for keeping the Camry looking new. Jay did an outstanding job serving our auto needs, as he has done twice before. Steven Toyota, Jay Williams and all the employees are great people to work with for all your auto purchases or even to just stop and look at all the new models and have a cup of coffee. More

Though I was looking for a used vehicle, Taylor found a Used 2011 Rav4 with only 2,500 miles on it and he and other Steven Toyota staff were able to work with me and enabled me to buy a far nicer car than I thought I could afford. I didn't think I would be driving a brand new car off the lot. The whole experience was pleasant and Taylor was very personable and at no time did I feel that he was rushing or pressuring me to commit to the sale. We primarily compared the Camry and Corolla (though talked some about the Yaris and Matrix as well). He was very knowledgeable about the pluses and minuses of each. Likewise, when the decision was made, and it came time to talk payments, the finance manager, Som Syharath, was also extremely helpful and friendly. I also like the fact that prices quoted already include all those little markups that other dealers tell you about after the deal is "settled" such as "destination charge". Finally, I also really appreciate the fact that insurance and DMV details are all dealt with at the dealer, so when you leave, you really are DONE. More
