Yesterday I set out to trade in my Subaru for a Toyota Pruis. I stopped by Steven Toyota even though I am normally one to stay away because of my previously bad experiences with this business. We purchased a new Toyota Sienna minivan from Steven's Toyota. We made three visits to the showroom. We were always greeted by someone, and a salesperson was available to show us the vehicles we wanted to Toyota. We made three visits to the showroom. The salespeople were very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. They were able to answer all our questions and provided us with materials to take home to make up our mind. Josh Shrum followed up by calling us and kept in touch. We decided to negotiate via e-mail and talked with Josh till we arrived at a mutually agreeable price. We then visited the dealership to finish off the transaction and left with our minivan. The whole process was relaxed and we felt absolutely no pressure from the dealership or sales staff. We highly recommend the dealership and would definitely tell everyone where to go to buy their Toyota or Scion. More

Had a bad experience with Buz Arbogast, he was very rude when I called about a car he had shown me. I told the manager and went back for the car, the staff was wonderful, especially Jeremy Shearer, who sol when I called about a car he had shown me.
