As a woman, you sometimes feel you might be taken advantage of in a car dealership, but that was not the easiest car-buying experience I've ever had! These guys are great. Every time I have brought in my truck for service or an oil change, service has been fast and friendly. When my wife and I broke down on the side of the interstate, I called Steven Toyota and found myself on the phone with Cory Sodikoff. After communicating my circumstances with him, he quickly sent interstate, I called Steven Toyota and found myself on the phone with Cory Sodikoff. After communicating my circumstances with him, he quickly sent his wrecker down the highway (more than 1 hour away) to pick up my truck and take it back to the dealership while we rushed off to the wedding event we were enroute to. Cory continued to manage service of the truck and kept me in the loop at every step. He spent additional time running numbers for different scenarios like leasing, new purchase etc as we contemplated our options that we faced. After the fix, we had a few questions about the truck, without pause Cory had us drop it off at a related dealership to have our concerns checked out free of cost just to ensure that we were taken care of - the concerns turned out to be nothing, just us being over anxious about the state of our vehicle! Cory and his staff were second to none with their professionalism, knowledge, efficient service and attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile for my wife and me. I highly recommend Steven Toyota and will be looking to them first for all of my auto needs as I have in the past. More

When I 2011 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 crew cab TRD T/X Pro My first Toyota was purchased from Steven Toyota 13 years ago. It was a Tacoma pickup truck. When I decided to sell the truck a few weeks ago I knew what I wanted and stopped into Steven Toyota once again. I explained to my salesman Matt Milam the specific truck I wanted and they had to search to find one. I received a call from Cory Sodikoff the sales manager that evening at 8:00 that Matt had driven all the way to West Virginia and picked up the truck I wanted. The next day I stopped by to check it out and they had it all ready to test drive. Matt took the time to go over all the new features of the new truck...remember my old Tacoma was 13 years old and didn't have any of the new features and safety equipment the new trucks have so it was nice to have someone explain everything! After returning we talked price and it was the most painless negotiation I have ever experienced buying a car. Before I knew it Matt had swapped the tags from my old Tacoma and took care of everything. The guys were even nice enough to follow me home with my old truck so I didn't have to make a trip back and pick it up! I own a small business in Harrisonburg an know what it means to get good customer service, something rare these days. I love the fact that Steven Toyota is a family owned and operated local business. Thanks to the entire Sodikoff family for their help getting me in this new truck, and Matt Milam for his fantastic job at making the transaction so quick and effortless!
