Bought a brand new Venza limited. Infotainment navigation gave black screen of death. When we called lost 800 miles away from home we were told they were busy with customers. No-one has even attempted reach out. Well they have actually. They keep asking me to give them a great survey so here I am! I would give 5 stars if they cared about us as customers. Once we signed on the dotted line they were gone! They could have simply reached out and just said hey are you guys okay? do this or do that or go here and get that fixed. But instead we had to rely on a mobile phone with bad 5G service navigation. It was terrible and DANGEROUS for my family. My wife cried and it's her new fabulous Venza that she always wanted! Do not buy from this dealership. We are careful and research reviews... And it still happened to us with Steven Toyota. More
