Logan, his manager, was also very knowledgeable, able to offer additional services as incentives as price negotiation isn’t realistic at this time in history. The service we received, future services offered, and the reliability of the Rav 4 truly brought us back to Toyota from Subaru. The purchase process was streamlined and DJ was great to deal with. I traveled 6 hours back and forth to purchase this car, after I was told that the car was in great condition, to my surprise and after I handed your financing person my hard earned money thinking that car, after I was told that the car was in great condition, to my surprise and after I handed your financing person my hard earned money thinking that I have purchased a good car for my daughter instead the car is still in the garage waiting for a lot of parts from the hole suspension to other damaged body parts including the windshield washer not working and this is before I had the chance to take the car for a trough inspection because it may not make it trough the MD state inspection and by the yaw the car didn’t even make it off the lot before we discovered the suspension problems and I was offered to go back another day drive 6 hours to replace the top side of the left suspension and ignoring all the other bad signs of a totally damaged suspension, anyway you have lost my business but next time I'll better look elsewhere, and thanks for the deceiving smile anyway! His e mails gave me all the details about the car I was going to purchase, he arranged all the paper work and drove 91 miles the day I purchased the car to deliver it to our house....at no extra charge to me. It was hard to believe I signed all the neatly prepared sales documents in less then 10 minutes. Fastest purchase I have ever made with a car dealership. When you work with someone you have never met and they convey honesty and and sincerity in their dialog with you it made this a fun event. Well Done Masar! More
