Do not go to them! An extremely crooked dealership that completely abandons you after they make the sale. Brought a Certified pre-owned 2016 Toyota Highlander from them in March and sales guy said that completely abandons you after they make the sale. Brought a Certified pre-owned 2016 Toyota Highlander from them in March and sales guy said numerous times that no matter what breaks, everything is covered. They did a 160-point inspection, he kept saying, and this car is in great condition. But even if not, it’s ok because they’ll cover the cost of necessary fixes. A couple of days after purchasing the Highlander the driver side window started making a horrible sound every time we used it, emailed and called our sales guy and he stated “It's under warranty. If you have a local Toyota, you can take it there if it continues. Just tell them it's "Certified." (we have an email from our salesperson saying those exact words) Not at all the case, this fix is not included in our warranty and will cost us a couple hundred to fix. Started having more issues within a couple of months. Found out our steering wheel wasn’t installed correctly, they said that’s not covered nor is it their fought, so we had to pay for the fix. Then found out the remote start wasn’t installed correctly, again Stevens claims that isn’t their fought. Neither of these issues were found during their so-called “160-point inspection” I have two young children, therefore went the extra mile to buy one of the safest SUVs on the market. I trusted Steven Toyota with not only with my life but my two kids (5-year-old and 2-year-old) and got completely screwed over. The stirring wheel wasn’t installed correctly?? How did that go unnoticed in their inspection? Had Haley Toyota in Roanoke fix all the issues and they couldn’t believe Steven Toyota wasn’t willing to cover the cost and make up for their incompetence, which is now over $1,000. More

Excellent Experience Working With This Dealership! Steven’s Toyota is a dealership like no other that I’ve ever done business with. I first started looking with them online. I was dealing with their on Steven’s Toyota is a dealership like no other that I’ve ever done business with. I first started looking with them online. I was dealing with their online specialist Phil. I was in contact with him for about a week discussing my trade in and the price of a new Tundra TRD. Phil was very professional, helpful in answering all my questions, and communicative throughout this process. Once I received a purchase price and trade in offer of my truck that I was more than comfortable with I set up an appointment to come to the dealership and complete the deal. The next step is where I felt this dealership set themselves apart from all others. I showed up for my appointment and was greeted by the sales manager Anmar and sales consultant Patrick. Both of these gentlemen are very respectful and a pleasure to do business with. Unfortunately when I got there the Tundra I wanted was sold. At this point I was very upset that I drove for 2 1/2 hours for nothing. At first yes I thought “bait and switch”. This was not the case. It was an unfortunate oversight but I didn’t feel it was intentional. Instead of pressuring me into another vehicle Anmar, sales manager, got on the computer and phone to try to find the exact Tundra that I wanted. They searched numerous dealerships to make a trade to get the one I wanted. They found 1 but again while we were trying to secure it, it was sold. 0 for 2 at this point. Again frustration set in! Anmar once again found another and was able to secure it. It would not be until the next day that they could get it. I did not want to drive another 5 hour round trip so the next day, once they got the truck to their lot, we were able to do all the paperwork over the phone. Brian, the new sales consultant due to Patrick transferring, agreed to meet me that night with the new truck, paperwork for me to sign, and take my trade-in back with him. ALL of this to me was unbelievable that this dealership would go this far to earn my business. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle please give this dealership a try. This place is top notch from the online consultants to the owner and everyone in between. I’m very happy with my new 2019 Tundra TRD Sport and thankful that I took the chance on this dealership and made the 2 1/2 hour trip! Thank you Phil, Patrick, Brian, and Anmar. You guys were great and made me a customer for life. I really do appreciate all that you guys did! More

Sold car 10 mins before my VIP appointment, to finish sale. On Thursday Aug 28th, I came in looking at 2012 Ford focus titanium. I had seen on cars.com. I talked to a very helpful man, Patrick Burns. I found out what all information i needed in order to be able to make the purchase. I called them on friday, Aug 29th at 11:36am. I got different person due to the fact that Patrick was on vacation til Tuesday. I called to asking them if they could send me the cosigner paperwork to my email for my cosigner to fill out. My cosigner summit the paperwork in shortly thereafter. They called me on Saturday, aug 30th at around 11am. Telling me i was approved for the car and asking me if i could come in that day to pick it up. Unfortunately, i was not able to pick it up that day. Due to the fact MY MOTHER DIED and we was spreading her ashes that day. So we scheduled an appointment for 2pm on Sunday, Sept 1st, to finish the paperwork and down payment. I drove 5 hours from my parents home to the dealership, to get a call just 10 minutes away from dealership. Saying they just sold the 2012 Ford focus titanium that i was just coming in to buy. I got there and was told due to the fact that i didn't have money down or signed paperwork for them to hold it. I guess getting hit 6 times on ur credit report, being told ur approved for the car, and having an appointment to actually finish buying it. Wasn't enough proof for them to hold or the heart either. Since i was already there, i tried to find another car. As i was looking for another car. I was straight up lied to in my face saying.. we had u down for the ford Fusion titanium. Which i know for a fact that was a lie cuz they wouldn't have 1) called me and said we just sold the 2012 Ford focus titanium u was interested in. 2) in all the back and forth emails, i had with justice. Talked about the ford focus and even had sales ad in it as well. I had VIP pass for this car. Then told me that the banks doesn't like ford vehicles so that's why i couldn't get the Ford Fusion titanium instead. So they tried to put me in a 2018 Toyota yaris, with basic package and beat up inside. It was just taken off the truck, not cleaned, and needed things replaced. Oh and the payment was over $200 more than what i was willing to pay. My husband and I will NEVER buy from Steven Toyota again. I understand that there are rules to go by and I'm asking for no pitty party cuz my mom died. What i don't appreciate is having my credit score down 60 points, on a car i wasn't even able to leave the parking lot with. Also, basically feeling like my SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT was worthless to them and being lied to, in the face by a different sales man cuz Patrick wasn't in. After sharing my experience on my own personal fb (3k friends) and Instagram (5k followers) page. I found out real quick that I'm not the only one who was done exactly like this and refuses to go back. More
