Though it was a rainy, dreary Sunday afternoon we were warmly greeted by Francisco and a big smile. We described the requirements of the vehicle we wanted including trading our Prius. We had looked at a few dealerships in Lynchburg and had no luck. I decided to search on Cars.com and hit the bullseye by finding what I was looking for at Steven Toyota. I decided that if I wanted to look at this vehicle before it got sold, I needed to leave early to arrive there and look at it. Upon arrival I was met by Mike McMillan. He was very professional and friendly. He took the time to let me test drive 2 of the CR-Vs that they had in stock. Then when it came time to do the paperwork, I was given a good trade in value for my Toyota that I was trading in and I was very happy with my purchase. It was also great to meet the GM of the dealership. I am glad that I made the drive over to Harrisonburg to deal with Steven Toyota.
