I am very disappointed with the BMW 330I that I bought from the Stevens Creek dealership on July 1st 2024. I had ordered a custom built car with a blind spot detection system, which is a crucial safety fe from the Stevens Creek dealership on July 1st 2024. I had ordered a custom built car with a blind spot detection system, which is a crucial safety feature for me, but it never arrived after 3 months of waiting. When I went to the dealership to inquire about it, Michal Spaanton showed me another car and claimed that it had the same feature. He persuaded me to buy it, saying that it was equivalent to my custom built car. However, as soon as I drove the car, I realized that he had misled me. The car did not have any blind spot detection system at all. I called him immediately, but he denied it and told me to come back to the dealership. There, a BMW genius confirmed that the car did not have the feature that I wanted. I felt cheated and frustrated, and I requested a replacement car or a full refund. That's when the dealership manager (Kenneth Liu) got involved, and he was very unprofessional and disrespectful. He blamed me for not knowing what I was buying. He said that the car had other features that compensated for the missing one, and that I should be satisfied with getting such a good deal. He refused to take any responsibility or offer any solution, and he even threw my keys at me, saying that he couldn't help me. He also refused to let me talk to the general manager (Quynh Pham), who I hoped would be more reasonable. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a car purchase. BMW lied to me and treated me with contempt. They did not care about my safety or satisfaction, and they did not honor their promises. I do not recommend buying a BMW from this dealership, or any BMW car at all. BMW has lost my loyalty and trust, and I will never buy from them again. To make matters worse, they ignored me after promising to help. The last message I received from them was: "Sakshi, my GM was going to help you, until he saw the bad survey that you gave us. Now I can't help you". This is the service that you get from a luxury car brand. It's unacceptable and appalling. More
Not a fan of Stevens Creek BMW right now. They listed a used car I wanted to purchase. I tried getting in contact with someone to buy the car and they ignored me for some reason. I tried the website forms, website chat, called twice and spoke with 2 different sales people. All of these promised to contact me back in 30 minutes and no reponses. Then they forwarded my email to a sister dealership who was helping me get the car and things were finally looking good for me. Then I find out they sold the car. Kind of lame. I was ready to drive out and purchase the car when I first contacted them. I just wanted a photo of the actual car before driving out. They probably don't care because they sold it, I just wish they would have shown me a little more respect by calling back like they promised. More
I have bought more than 15 cars over the last 20 years (most of them BMWs for me, my wife and family) and my dealings with Stevens Creek BMW's salesman, Kamran, has been the most enjoyable, helpful and kn (most of them BMWs for me, my wife and family) and my dealings with Stevens Creek BMW's salesman, Kamran, has been the most enjoyable, helpful and knowledgeable experience I can remember having. I have been planning to replace my 340xi GT and Kamran has patiently kept me abreast of models that came into their dealership and which were spec'd out extremely close to what I have worked out with him would be the order I would be making for the replacement. He has made me feel "heard" and "valued" as a potential customer and I am looking forward to finally arriving at the specific model I will be buying, through him, from Stevens Creek BMW. If you are in the market for a BMW I cannot think of a better sales person to deal with it for you, than Kamran. And, trust me, I've dealt with car salesmen many many times over the years -- and Kamran is definitely the best with whom I've dealt. More

Jojo was our salesperson. She was able to communicate with us very efficient and effectively. When we went to the financial department, the financial manager was trying to add up the price because of the "DMV fee" that was different than Jojo's iPad. Jojo was able to come in and save the day, so that we still had the original price that we negotiated. Very happy with our car. Definitely going to recommend our salesperson Jojo. More
